I ordered my wig from wiggykit.com, and at first it looked decent straight out of the bag. But once I actually tried to curl it and shape it the way I wanted, it got frustrating fast. I kind of feel like they made it seem a little easier to style than it really was.

The hair kept falling flat, and I was constantly messing with the front to get it to sit right. Maybe I’m not a pro at styling wigs, but this one took way more time than I expected. It’s not awful, but it definitely wasn’t the easy experience I was hoping for.

I ordered the wrong color, which was my mistake, so I started a return. The return page wasn’t hard to find, thankfully, but the instructions were a little vague at first because apparently clear step-by-step directions are too much to ask.

I emailed support and heard back after a couple of days. To be fair, they did help me once they got around to it, but it wasn’t exactly speedy. I also had to pay for return shipping, which was a fun little bonus I wasn’t thrilled about.

The refund showed up about 9 days after they received the package, so it did all work out in the end. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but the whole process could definitely be smoother if they ever feel like making it easier for customers.

The package showed up looking tidy and secure, which is always a relief because you never really know how things are going to arrive. No damage, no weird mess, nothing was crushed or leaking or anything like that. Happy with it overall...

I ordered a wig kit and was excited to get it, so I kept checking the tracking like people do when they’re waiting on a package. It originally said it would arrive on a certain day, but that day came and went with no delivery. A few days later, it finally showed up. The package itself was in good shape and everything was fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery updates had been more accurate because the waiting part was a little frustrating.

At first the cap seemed fine, but after wearing it for a little while it got tight and itchy quickly. I don’t know how else to explain it without repeating myself, it just became uncomfortable way sooner than I expected.

I had a problem with my order, but customer support got back to me quickly and helped sort everything out. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled it.

Yeah, I mean, for the price, it’s definitely worth it. You get good value for what you’re paying...

This wig has held up well after a few washes. The clips still feel solid and secure, which I really appreciate. I did have one small issue with tangling, but for everyday use it’s been totally fine.

I’m bummed about this wig. After only a few wears it was already shedding like crazy. Every time I brushed it, or even just ran my fingers through it a little, I’d end up with hair on my clothes and all over the sink. I wasn’t being rough with it either, so it was super frustrating. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up better than this. Def dissapointed and I don’t think I’d order from wiggykit.com again.

The length was close, just not exactly what I expected. At first I was kind of annoyed, but then I tried it out and it was fine. So yeah, not perfect, but it still works okay.

I had a surprisingly easy time using wiggykit.com. A lot of sites make me feel trapped in endless menus and pop-ups, but this one was straightforward. Pages loaded fast, and I found the wig stuff I wanted without clicking around forever.

Checkout was simple too, which I really appreciate. Nothing felt confusing or cluttered, and I didn’t get that stuck feeling where you just want to give up. Overall, it was an easy site to use, and I’d definitely come back again.

It looked just like the photos, which is more than I can say for a lot of listings. No weird surprises or hidden issues when it arrived.

The color looked a bit lighter in person than it did in the photos (at least to me), but it’s still nice and I’m okay with it overall

I did get my refund in the end, it just took a little longer than I expected.

The hair density is just right. It’s not too thin, not overly bulky, and it looks natural on me. I appreciate when a product lives up to what it should be, and this one feels like a fair, well-made choice. I’m happy with it.

I was disappointed with this. The material felt kind of cheap right away, and after just one wash the stitching started coming loose, which was frustrating. That part was weird because I didn’t expect it to fall apart so fast.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me eventually. The response was useful once it came through, so I appreciated that, but I expected a quicker update. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.
